Colin joined SCU as a Senior Instructional Technology Resource Specialist in 2020 after seven years of experience as an instructional and learning technologist with a focus on the Humanities and Fine Arts. While at Whitman College, Colin co-facilitated numerous Digital Humanities projects with faculty in diverse fields such as Foreign Languages and Literatures, Film Studies, and Art History. He received his M.L.S. and M.A. in Folklore & Ethnomusicology from Indiana University, conducting an independent study on merged Library and Information Systems organizations. He earned his B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology with a certificate of advanced study in Spanish from Carleton College. His special interests include digital mapping for the humanities and Universal Design for Learning.
