Senior Technology Analyst, Technology Support Services
John has been supporting the technology needs of the Santa Clara University community since 1998. Originally repairing computer hardware and printers, John has moved on to support software applications and operating systems. He currently supports the field technicians and help desk staff, while maintaining our enterprise-level desktop support systems. Additionally, John researches new technology for the University.
