Journalists Talk About Trust

Former editors of The Santa Clara, now working journalists, talk about trust in journalism, upon the occasion of the new Markkula Center for Applied Ethics-hosted initiative, The Trust Project.

The Markkula Center for Applied Ethics is host to a newly launched global consortium of news organizations, The Trust Project. Led by Sally Lehrman of the Ethics Center, The Trust Project is focused on increasing transparency and trust in journalism. Six former editors of Santa Clara University's student newspaper The Santa Clara weighed in with their thoughts on the current state of reader trust in journalism, and how their time on the paper impacted their future careers.
