Family Weekend gives Bronco families a glimpse into life at Santa Clara University.

• Connect with other Bronco families and build your SCU community.
• Join events and activities hosted by student organizations across campus.
• Explore the resources and opportunities available to your student across a variety of campus departments.
• Take time to reflect and celebrate together at the Family Mass.
• Celebrate your graduating senior at the Senior Parents’ Gala (separate ticket required).

• The Center for Student Involvement relies on registration fees to host Family Weekend each year. These fees help cover event costs such as catering, entertainment, program materials, decorations, and student activities, allowing us to create a memorable and engaging experience for students and their families.
• Provides access to all on-campus Family Weekend activities for the initial registrant and SCU student, excluding NCAA sports events. Certain student organization-led events may require an additional fee.

Senior Gala is a semi-formal celebration honoring graduating seniors and the family members and supporters who have been part of their college journey. This special evening, at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, offers a meaningful opportunity to come together and celebrate this milestone in true Bronco fashion. It includes a cocktail reception, heavy appetizers, desserts, and cash bars, plus live music by the Groove Doctors.

The Senior Gala is a semi-formal event. Attire typically includes button-down shirts, slacks, sport coats, and a range of dresses - from short to long - whatever feels comfortable and celebratory for you. For inspiration, check out our Instagram for a few photos from last year’s event.

The Senior Parent Gala will take place at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara in the Grand Ballroom. 5101 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

Yes, SCU seniors and all guests attending the gala are required to purchase a ticket. Tickets are not reserved in advance for students. All sales are first-come, first-served, and availability is limited based on the venue’s capacity. Tickets were sold out as of Monday, January 26.

Each ticket fee covers round-trip transportation from SCU to the venue, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, live music, and fun photo opportunities.

Yes, a 38-seat bus will be available beginning at 6:30 p.m. The bus will pick up guests from the U-shaped driveway off Palm Drive, located between the Admission & Enrollment Services Building and Vari Hall.

The final return trip from the venue back to SCU will depart at 12:30 a.m.

Please note: Bus service will pause from 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Unfortunately, as of January 26, 2026, tickets for the Senior Gala are sold out. Capacity was determined by the size of the venue, and there are limited indoor spaces in the area that can accommodate an event of this scale.
