Customizing Your Google Workspace

You can follow these instructions to schedule Zoom meetings from within your Google Calendar.

Use the SCU Email Signature Creator to create a custom SCU signature, then follow the instructions on that page to add your new signature to Gmail.

Google has updated the Gmail web interface to add shortcuts for Google Meet, the Google Workspace tool for videoconferencing. You can follow these instructions from Google (scroll down to the bottom of the page) to hide or show these shortcuts.

Although Google Meet is available to the SCU community, we recommend and support Zoom for videoconferencing.
