Frank Hagan, standing 6’0 and weighing 180 pounds, was a star guard in the 1940’s. At SCU, he was the backbone of the offensive line, showing qualities of intelligence and grit. While also at SCU, Hagan was a member of the Associate Students (students that embody what a Santa Clara student is). After his collegiate career, he served for the U.S. Navy in the Pacific during World War II. Hagan wrapped up his career in in the insurance industry, an industry that he was a part of for 40 years, having offices in San Francisco and New York.
