Center for Accounting Research and Education (CARE)

The Center for Accounting Research and Education (CARE) was established in 2000 to expand and develop relationships among business students, faculty, and Silicon Valley accounting professionals. The Center's responsibilities include the organization and management of accounting information events, career fairs, and award ceremonies, raising funds for accounting scholarships and research activities, promoting accounting events, scholarships, and programs, and managing interactions between students and professional firms. The Center is also responsible for certificate programs run jointly with the Silicon Valley Executive Center (SVEC).
