Stokes Lab 2018
The Stokes research lab students has been busy conducting surface-specific laser experiments and we are in the process of upgrading our experimental setup to allow second harmonic generation imaging! See the inside of our laser lab with the new CCD detector:
This fall, Amanda Fearon (Class of 2018) and Dr. Stokes published a paper in the Journal of Physical Chemistry B entitled “Thermodynamics of Indomethacin Adsorption to Phospholipid Membranes.” Two research students (Jacenda Rangel, Class of 2018, and Morgan MacKenzie, Class of 2019) attended the Peptoid Summit in Berkeley in August 2017.
