Initial Tenant Data Finalized

After close to two months of planning and gathering feedback from the community, the Workday Financials implementation team has finalized the initial Foundation Data Model (FDM) design, which will be sent to our implementation partner, Alchemy, to create the SCU's first Workday Financial tenant.
The data consist of structural elements such as general ledger account definitions, locations, and revenue and spend categories. Once the tenant is created, the team will have a chance to see how all these elements interact within the system, and begin designing workflows and processes within the system.
We would like to thank the community for providing the team with valuable data such as Activity and Class usage, sample reports, and other department requirements, so that we can build a system that is inclusive and will provide value to all Santa Clara University stakeholders.
