H1: Summary of Aided Awarded

Population

 

Data are in U.S. Dollar values and presented by academic year and award type. 

Includes:

  • Aid awarded to international students (i.e., those not qualifying for federal aid).                                                

Excludes:

  • Aid related to the CARES Act or unique to the COVID-9 pandemic.

Function

  The visualization displays the total amounts awarded to enrolled degree-seeking undergraduates for the academic year. 

Special Notes

 
  • Aid that is non-need-based but that was used to meet need is reported in the need-based aid. 

Population

 

Data are as of census and presented by acadmeic year. 

Excludes:

  • Aid related to the CARES Act or unique to the COVID-9 pandemic.

Function

  The visualization displays the number of degree-seeking undergraduates who applied for and were awarded financial aid from any sources for the academic year.

Data are in U.S. Dollar values and presented as averages by academic year.

Excludes:

  • Aid related to the CARES Act or unique to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Function

  The visualization displays the average amount awarded to degree-seeking undergraduates who applied for and were awarded financial aid from any sources for the academic year.

Special Notes

 
  • Aid that is non-need-based but that was used to meet need is reported in the need-based aid. 
  • Full-time, first-year students are also counted as full-time undergraduates.

Function

 

The visualization displays the number of degree-seeking undergraduates who had no financial aid need and who were awarded institutional non-need-based scholarship or grant aid.

  The visualization displays the number and percent of students in class borrowing from federal, non-federal, any loan sources, and the average amount borrowed.
