The students and Mohammed prepared traditional Middle Eastern dishes such as Tabouleh salad, Baba ganoush, mashed ful (beans), Za'tar Tthyme) pies, Kunafeh, and hummus. Most students participated in the preparation and making of the food. The students listen to Arabic music while preparing the food. Mohammed explained the process and history of some of the dishes.
