Transfer Requirements

Note: You will receive emails throughout the spring and summer with more details about each of the requirements listed below.

This set of requirements includes:

  • Pay your enrollment deposit via your SCU application portal (nonrefundable).
  • Submit your housing deposit and application as well as Residential Learning Community (RLC) preferences via the link in your SCU application portal (if applicable).
  • Sign up for an on-campus Orientation session via the "Registration" section of this website.

This set of requirements includes:

  • Claim your SCU email account and login credentials for the MySCU Portal.
  • Complete the Calculus Readiness Exam to complete your calculus requirement.
  • Verify your second language requirement.
  • Submit final college transcripts for transfer credit evaluation to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
  • Register with the Office of Accessible Education for accessibility accommodations (if applicable).
  • Complete the Workday Onboarding to set up your account in our student information system.
  • Submit a photo for your ACCESS credential (your student ID).
  • Attend your on-campus Orientation session.
  • Participate in academic advising during your on-campus Orientation session.
  • Enroll in your fall classes during your on-campus Orientation session.

This set of requirements includes:

  • View and accept your financial aid (if applicable) via your SCU application portal.
  • View and pay your estimated fall quarter bill via your billing account.
  • Set up a parent or family member as an authorized payer for your billing account.
  • Provide proof of health insurance or enroll in the SCU-sponsored health insurance plan.
  • Submit health documents including the Medical History Form and Immunization Records.
  • Complete all online modules that are part of the Being a Bronco Series.
