Campus Resources
Parking Permits
Parking permits are now available to download and print.
- We recommend you park in either the Main Parking structure or the North Campus Garage.
- Once you arrive on campus, Orientation Leaders will guide you from the parking garage to where check-in will be.
- Free parking permits will be provided at the campus main entrance kiosk, North Campus garage entrance, and at the check-in tables.

Hotel Discounts & Courtesy Room Blocks
A few notes regarding forthcoming room blocks with our partner hotels that will be promoted on this webpage starting in April 2025:
- Room blocks are for Orientation in July and August as well as Welcome Weekend in September and tend to include the opportunity to add a night or two before and/or after the advertised time span if you need to extend your stay.
- Rooms are limited for each hotel and are available on a "first come, first serve" basis.
- If you made reservations at any of our partner hotels and need to modify or cancel those reservations, please contact the hotel directly.
