Alumni Update Form

We would like to serve our alumni more effectively by keeping your contact information up-to-date, building our network of ministers and teachers, and learning about your programming preferences. Please help us do this by filling out the form below:

• Cursor over the window below to reveal the menu bar at the top (in Safari, it's on the bottom); select the download icon (downward facing arrow) by clicking it
• Open the file in your downloads folder, fill it in on your device, and save it
• Open your email, attach the file and a recent picture of yourself, and send to pastoralministries@scu.edu
