Crofton-Sleigh teaches both Greek and Latin, Classical Myth, and Literature in Translation.

Justin Boren studies the impact of creating socially-supportive organizations and how supportive climates lead to improvements in psychological and physiological stress among coworkers. He teaches courses on organizational and interpersonal communication, organizational training and development, quantitative research methods, and biological approaches to human interaction.

Chris is a political ecologist and an agroecologist. His research focuses on agriculture, food security, and how food systems relate to climate change, environmental justice, and sustainability transitions.

Elsa Chen teaches American politics, public policy, and research methods. Her research focuses on criminal justice sentencing policy, including racial and ethnic disparities in sentencing outcomes and the effects of mandatory minimum sentencing policies, the implementation of sentencing reform, criminal record expungement, and prisoner reentry.
