How do we do it?
We have provided quite a few resources on this webpage that we hope will give you most (if not all) of the information you need to be a successful student. Please click through and explore the information found with each link on the right side of this page.
How do you reach us?
Our staff is best reached by email; we monitor our email inboxes continuously throughout our office hours and do our best to reply to all inquires within 2 business days.
Please contact us at the following emails:
For all general questions please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Always include your SCU ID number and as much detail as possible.
Credential questions should be directed to email@example.com and, again, always include your SCU ID number and be specific with details. Credential resources can be found on our Credential Services Page.
Email is preferable to phone calls and walk-ins, as we often have to research questions, provide links, screen shots, and other information that is useful for students to maintain for the future.
When can you reach us?
We maintain the following office hours:
Monday – Thursday
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday we are available by appointment only.
Where can you find us?
Student Services is located on the 1st floor of Guadalupe Hall, with our colleagues from Admissions and Financial Aid, off the main entrance (next to Café 455).
