Academic Affairs Committee
  • Reviews major academic policies and academic programs and recommends approval of substantive changes to the Board of Trustees. Faculty are appointed as non-voting members.
  • Current faculty serving as non-voting members to the Trustees Academic Affairs Committee include:
Finance Committee
  • Recommends policies and planning priorities to the Board, reviews budgets and financial plans, and monitors the financial performance of the institution. Faculty are appointed as non-voting members.
