Parking Permits for Orientation 2025
Parking permits are now available to download and print. Be sure to select the permit that matches the Orientation session you are attending.
- July 10-11, 2025
- July 14-15, 2025
- July 17-18, 2025
- July 21-22, 2025
- July 24-25, 2025
- August 27, 2025
- September 17, 2025 (available at the campus main entrance kiosk and check-in tables on the day of)
- September 18, 2025 (available at the campus main entrance kiosk and check-in tables on the day of)
A few additional notes:
- Permits are free.
- If you are driving to campus, please print the parking permit and display it on the dashboard of your vehicle when you arrive to campus.
- Keep in mind that while permits are free, they are still required to be displayed on your vehicle dashboard or else you will receive a parking ticket from the university's Parking & Transportation Services.
- Parking permits will also be provided during check-in.
- For parking, it is recommended that you park in the North Campus Garage off of Benton Street between Alviso Street and the Alameda.
Once you arrive on campus, our Orientation Leaders will guide you from the parking garage to where check-in will be.
