10/19/21 - Are you Ready for Workday Student?

Dear Campus Community -

Last week we alerted you that SCU has begun the process of moving to Workday from PeopleSoft for our Student Information System (eCampus).  The new system will go live in several phases, beginning in October 2022 (notice, this is not a pivot).

Several teams on campus are working on customizing the system to work best for SCU (kind of like a reset).  You may have already been invited to provide feedback on how you and/or your unit use student information, so that the Workday Student system will better fill our needs.

We are part of the Change Management Team, charged with facilitating a smooth transition by providing information, training, and support to all users.  Much of our success will depend on understanding and responding to the needs of our faculty and staff (because we really are all in this together).

The Team has developed a short anonymous survey designed to gauge organizational readiness for this transformational project.  The results from the survey will be used to develop relevant Workday-related communications and training.

Please take 5 minutes to complete our anonymous survey. The survey will close at 5:00 p.m. on October 28, 2021.

Stay safe and dust off your umbrellas - rain is coming!
