Dr. Robin Nelson has been awarded a Wenner Gren Engaged Anthropology Grant!
The Department of Anthropology would like to congratulate new TT professor, Dr. Robin Nelson who has been awarded a Wenner Gren Engaged Anthropology Grant! The title of her project is: "Talking Back: Community Dialogues, Residential Care Settings, and Child Thriving in Jamaica". This grant allows previous W-G grantees to return to their research locale to share their research results with: 1) The community in which the research was conducted, and/or 2) The academic/anthropological community in the region or country of research. Robin will return to Jamaica during summer 2017.
