San Jose First Year Immersion - Class of 2027
Class of 2027  |  San Jose Immersion

Immersion Dates: September 10 - 14, 2024
Cost: $250
Move In Date: Morning of September 10

The San Jose Immersion is designed to help first-year students connect with the San Jose community while getting to know fellow Broncos. We believe that all new SCU students should feel welcome, supported, and empowered in their new community, and we want to give them the tools they need to do that prior to the start of the academic year!

The first-year Immersion in San Jose is a five-day program where new SCU students get to explore the city of San Jose and the people who are working hard to make it a better place. You will learn about social justice issues and meet with community leaders and organizations in your new town while exploring the area. This is a great place to build friendships with new classmates and deepen your understanding of SCU’s Jesuit tradition of holistic community-engaged education and give back to your new community. You also get to move in early!

We hope you'll join us!
