Staff Profiles

Eric directs instructional design and technology on campus, which includes online course development, faculty development workshops, instructional technology support and training, and learning design consultation. He also occasionally teaches courses about Buddhism in the Religious Studies department. Eric has a PhD in Buddhist Studies from the University of Michigan. In his former positions, he has taught Buddhist and Religious Studies courses for over a decade, worked with faculty on integrating technology into their teaching, and facilitated interdisciplinary workshops. Eric also has an M.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Colorado and a B.A. in Religious Studies from Occidental College.
