Read Aloud & Immersive Reader in Microsoft Edge
Edge includes a Read Aloud feature that can read aloud webpages and highlight text as it does so. The Read Aloud feature can pair with Edge's Immersive Reader, which you can use to remove distractions and customize the font and background color.

With Reader View, you can hear webpages read aloud, remove distractions, and customize the font and background color.
Reading Mode in Google Chrome
With Reading Mode, you can hear webpages read aloud as well as customize the font and background color.
Listen to Page in Safari on iPhone and iPad
You can hear webpages read aloud in Safari on iPhone and iPad.
What about Safari on Mac?
The Safari web browser on Mac doesn't include text-to-speech in the same way as Edge or Firefox. However, you can use the Speak Selection and Accessibility Reader features on Mac in conjunction with Safari for text-to-speech.
