Application/Modification and Documentation Review Timeframe
All submitted application materials including documentation as well as modification request to current accommodations will be reviewed within 7-14 business days from submission date.
During the Registration period, OAE received high volume requests for priority registration. Please keep in mind, similar to other academic accommodations, priority registration at SCU is considered under the scope of access. If approved as an accommodation, priority registration will apply to the subsequent registration term (spring 2020 registration for fall 2020).
Welcome to the Office of Accessible Education!
A prospective OAE student is a student who is planning on attending SCU or is currently attending SCU and is not yet registered with OAE. All student interested in registering and requesting accommodations and/or services from the Office of Accessible Education must complete our online registration and submit appropriate documentation of his or her disability from a qualified professional.

OAE provides appointment-based individualized support for currently registered students and prospective OAE students currently enrolled at SCU. To meet with an advisor, please contact our office at 408-554-4109 or by coming in-person to Benson 1 to schedule an appointment.
Students and visitors are welcome to drop-in to the office, but appointments are highly recommended. Drop-in hours are on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to 15 minutes. Please note the posted walk-in hours are contingent upon the availability of OAE staff and apply only to the current quarter.
