Continuing SCU (Degree-Seeking) Students
Current SCU students continuing in the Fall 2017 term will be given a Summer 2017 registration appointment in eCampus in early-April. Current SCU students that have petitioned to graduate by Spring 2017 will not receive a Summer term registration appointment.
1. Regular Registration Period: April 17 to June 16
Continuing degree-seeking SCU students may register for courses during this period using eCampus. Appointments will be generated so that Seniors begin registration on April 17, Juniors on April 18, Sophomores on April 19, and First-Year students on April 20. Students who wish to find their enrollment date should log in to eCampus and go to the Student Center main page; on the right-side of the screen under Enrollment Dates, click on Open Enrollment Dates. Select a term from the drop-down arrow and select the Summer 2017 term.
2. Walk-In Registration Period: Begins June 19
Beginning June 19, all students must pay full tuition and fees prior to registering for classes. Students may visit the Enrollment Services Center to prepay for classes and turn in an Add Form signed by the professor or with a permission number. If the course is taught online, please call the Enrollment Services Center at 408-551-1000 select option 2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Incoming Fall 2017 Transfer Students
Transfer students who have been accepted at Santa Clara University for the fall quarter should contact Sheli Whiting, Transcript Analyst, before registering for summer courses.
Non-Degree Seeking SCU Students
The online application will be available in March 2017.
If you are a Santa Clara University employee and are eligible for tuition benefits, please inform Human Resources that you are planning to enroll in Summer Sessions.
Incoming First-Year Students
Incoming first-year students are not eligible to enroll in Summer Sessions unless they are participating in an eligible University summer program.
