Bendukuri, Rishitha
Rishitha Bendukuri is a software engineer, builder, and problem-solver currently pursuing her Masters in Computer Science and Engineering at Santa Clara University. Bringing over three years of industry experience across full-stack engineering, scalable backend systems, and UI/UX Development, Rishitha specializes in translating complex technical requirements into user-centered solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Rishitha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from GITAM University, where she graduated with distinction. During her undergraduate studies, she distinguished herself both technically and organizationally - winning first place in a NASA Space Apps-affiliated hackathon and receiving the Best Outgoing Project for her work in real-time computer vision and object detection using YOLOv6. Complementing her technical work, she served as Lead of the Student Organization- Innovation Center, where she led cross-functional student teams, drafted organizational charter, and organized campus-wide tech symposiums and hackathons.
Prior to joining Santa Clara University, Rishitha built a track record of engineering scalable platforms across high-impact environments. At Amadeus Software Labs, a global leader in travel technology operating across hundreds of airports and airlines worldwide, she contributed to enterprise backend systems and full-cycle development workflows. She further worked with Startups to engineer responsive applications and high-performance solutions, directly enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency.
At Santa Clara University, Rishitha is deepening her technical focus around artificial intelligence, machine learning, and scalable systems. She combines her background in full-stack architecture with latest AI applications to build intelligent, data-driven platforms that solve complex real-world challenges. Driven by a commitment to cross-functional leadership and engineering excellence, she is focused on leveraging emerging AI technologies to design impactful digital solutions for both academic and industry initiatives.
