The Retail Management Institute
The Retail Management Institute provides undergraduate students and industry executives the skills they need to succeed in the changing retail sector. Open to all SCU students, the minor in retail studies prepares students for a diverse set of leadership roles including e-commerce, buying, merchandising, planning and allocation, digital marketing, and supply chain management.
We offer programs and events for industry professionals, including the Internet Marketing and eBusiness Program, the Retail Consortium for Management Education, and Senior Executive Seminars. Also offered are customized curriculum tailored for your team.
Our Faculty is recognized for research in the areas of retailing, effects of retargeted advertising, cross & multi-channel marketing and quantitative marketing. Research has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Marketing Science, and other top-tier publications.
