Introducing Lisa Kelley!
Lisa Kelley's work draws on theories and methods from remote sensing and political ecology to understand changing agrarian livelihoods and land uses. She is currently working as a post-doctoral researcher with Chris Bacon, Iris Stewart-Frey, Ed Maurer and William Sundstrum to understand food and water insecurity in northern Nicaragua in the context of ongoing drought and coffee leaf rust.
Lisa was recently awarded a Ph.D. from U.C. Berkeley and we are happy to welcome her to SCU.
