Beau is a Political Science and Philosophy double major from Berkeley, CA. His interest in politics stems from a passion to help everyone in his community and beyond. He strongly believes that every person deserves to be represented fairly and wants to ensure that issues that matter are addressed. He has previously spent time at the State Capitol as a volunteer lobbyist where he had the opportunity to shadow Representative Ricardo Lara and Senator Loni Hancock. As the Panetta intern, he is excited to work with people of all backgrounds to expand his knowledge of public policy and how it impacts under-served communities in the United States.
