As a Senior HR Partner and Compensation Specialist, Sheila is responsible for the management and administration in the areas of compensation policies and programs, talent acquisition, staffing services, and performance. She also conducts research, analyzes data, and prepares recommendations requiring a broad understanding of compensation techniques, methods and practices. In this role, Sheila also provides counsel to line and staff management regarding compensation actions for employees.
Sheila has a B.A. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from San Jose State University. She has worked in various units within HR such as Workforce Planning, Classification/Compensation, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and HR Information Systems. Sheila joined Santa Clara University in 2012.
