Director of Employee Development & Wellness
As the Director of Employee Development & Wellness, Shirley is part of the Human Resources Leadership team and provides leadership, oversight and consultation in the areas of leadership development, employee benefits, and our wellness program. Shirley joined Santa Clara University in September 2015.
Prior to SCU, Shirley worked at the City of San Jose for 20 years and served 5 years in the US Air Force Reserves. She received her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Sciences and Sociology from San Jose State and her M.S. degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
