As the Employee Development Manager, Shirley provides guidance, expertise, and programming in the areas of organizational development, leadership development, performance, coaching, and employee development. Shirley joined Santa Clara University in September 2015.
Prior to SCU, Shirley worked at the City of San Jose for 20 years and served 5 years in the US Air Force Reserves. Shirley received her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Sciences and Sociology from San Jose State and her M.S. degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
