Customer Support Representative
As a Customer Support Representative, Yolanda serves as a first point of contact to various internal and external constituencies, including University employees, former and prospective employees, and outside organizations and partners. Yolanda supports all members of the Human Resources Department with any administrative needs within the service desk. Yolanda provides a warm welcoming to everyone who visits the HR offices. Yolanda has been with the University since 2008.
