Sr. Director of Human Resources, Operations
Agustin Ruiz is the Senior Director of Human Resources Operations. Serving as the second-level of executive leadership for human resource services he is responsible for providing leadership, strategic advice, and service in the management and administration of the Department of Human Resources. He oversees the activities of the HR Information Systems, Payroll, Student Employment and HR Fiscal Operations units in the Human Resources department and he serves on multiple University committees in his effort to serve the HR needs of faculty, staff, and students and ensure strategic objectives are being met.
Agustin has been with the University since 1999 and he is a Super Bronco.
