Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of all official student academic records, the administration of registration activities, the distribution of class schedule confirmations, grades (FAQ), awarding of degrees (FAQ), and final exam schedule, which are published by this office. For current or former students, official academic transcripts (FAQ) and verification of enrollment (FAQ) may be obtained from the Office of the Registrar. Please refer to the Santa Clara University Undergraduate Bulletins for all academic and administrative policies and regulations.
