Provide information to delete browser cache and history as well as how to change your eCampus password.
These instructions assume you are already able to login into eCampus and you wish to change your existing password. If you are unable to login to eCampus, please contact the IT Help Desk at (408) 554-5700.
After a scheduled PeopleSoft upgrade, you may experience issues when you use the upgraded system for the first time. We recommend deleting your browser cache and history to avoid issues.
