Isabella Giannini : La Taqueria Guaima
Hello world! Looking for some tasty Mexican food? Some great service? End your search! La Taqueria Guaima is brand new and full of potential! We’ve been working with Vanessa, owner, and she is a real gem to work with. Her business resides in the back of the local bakery, La Sonorense Bakery (shown in picture). Although it may be hard to locate her initially, her food definitely makes a mark on the customers and her profits rely on positive word of mouth and repeat customers.
We’re hoping to maximize those profits further by possibly relocating Vanessa to a place of her own. If she decides to stay, we will work with her to make her taqueria stand out with more signage and advertising. We are also planning to work with her on a new menu, one with pictures that will entice the consumers. Although her current marketing isn’t ideal, Vanessa is a huge asset to her business.
