The Designing Process Will Be a Unique Business Experience
Mary has shown us that she is an entrepreneur who has grown and learned from previous mistakes. From meeting with her at a cleaning site where she gave us in-depth information about her process and training, it’s clear she has a strong system in place that is beneficial for her, her employees, and clients. Mary consistently seems to make ethical and kind decisions to ensure the well-being of everyone that is involved with her business.
Immaculate Cleaning needs a clearer system for maintaining client information (rates, phone numbers, addresses, etc.), and Mary is currently trying to learn QuickBooks to mitigate this problem. At the very least we could assist with setting up a thorough spreadsheet with all of her clients’ information. An interesting challenge is that Mary wants a new logo for Immaculate Cleaning, so that designing process will be a unique business experience. Mary is welcoming to ideas and is excited about our partnership, and I am hopeful to see positive change in the near future.
