This Course Is Much More Personal and Involved than I Initially Believed
This week most of our group had an early morning trip to visit Mary Mora, the owner of Immaculate Cleaning. We arrived at her house at 6:30 a.m. to discuss our progress with the website, business cards, and scheduling system, before she began a two-day Quickbooks course. She was kind enough to provide us coffee and pastries, and introduce us to her puppy, Brownie.
This Quickbooks course was a great opportunity for her to learn how to utilize software she already has, while also receiving material to reference in the future. What our group still needs to do is finish formatting the website, purchase the business cards we have designed, select which mobile scheduling system will work best for her business, and develop an online/media strategy (social media, SEO, ads).
Getting to know Mary and her family has been a great experience, and much more personal and involved than I initially believed this course would be. I think our group is making good progress in implementing our plans, with everything either thoroughly thought out or already in action. Mary Mora informed us that a marketing mailer for Immaculate Cleaning went out recently, and she has already closed three deals from that. I am looking forward to continuing my work with Mary, as well as the NPI team.
