This Week We Made More Progress
This week we made more progress actually ordering and delivering on the plans we had made with Mary. She completed her QuickBooks training and we also updated the website. The QuickBooks training will be helpful in the long-term and help the organization of the business. This is going to give her resources by being able to know exactly where her business is and it will improve her capability to meet her demand. We have also all agreed upon a new app that they can implement to improve scheduling. Rather than organize the scheduling through text, this will provide a documentation of all the past jobs and also give a forecast of upcoming work. As far as updating the website, we have had more communication with the website designer and we are starting to update the content as well as improve the feel and layout of the site. Going forward we will continue to refine and update the website to make it as appealing as possible. Another task we completed is order 500 business cards with Mary’s new logo. The new business card features her licensing certifications as well as her website and email address that is attached to the domain. Hopefully this new and clean look will provide more traffic for her business in person and online.
