What excited you about becoming a PCC?
I'm excited to share the knowledge and experience I gained though my time in LSB and my internships to help mentor the younger generations of the Leavey School of Business!
What is your favorite career advice you’ve received?
Don't be afraid to be yourself. Your resume is important to get an interview, but during the interview, be yourself and show your personality. There are many people who can fit the requirements of a job description, but recruiters also look for personality and a good fit for their company culture.
What is one piece of advice you would give to students looking for internships?
Be persistent and put yourself out there! Getting an internship can be a long and difficult process, but remain persistent about your goals. Reach out to professionals working in companies/positions you may be interested in and set up coffee chats with them to learn as much as possible.
