Changing your resume based on the job posting is a huge thing I learned. Once I started doing it, the amount of callbacks I received grew enormously.
What is one piece of advice you would give to students looking for internships?
Know your strengths and how to market them! You are a lot more likely to land an internship that adheres to your strengths.
