The Women’s Network (TWN) is the largest collegiate women’s networking organization in the United States, with chapters at over 250 universities and more than 50,000 members worldwide. It provides college women with access to professional development, leadership opportunities, and meaningful connections across industries. At Santa Clara University, TWN empowers members through career panels, skill-building workshops, networking events, and collaborations, cultivating a community where ambitious women support one another’s personal and professional growth.

As a first-generation Latina in STEM, I joined The Women’s Network to find a community of women who could inspire and uplift one another while navigating ambitious career paths. What started as curiosity quickly became a source of empowerment, giving me mentors, peers, and leadership opportunities that shaped my confidence. Today, being so involved allows me to create the same welcoming space for other women that I once sought for myself.

What I enjoy most about leading my club is building a genuine sense of community and seeing women connect, support each other, and realize they are not alone in their ambitions. I love turning ideas into opportunities, whether it is hosting an event, mentoring a member, or collaborating across campus, and watching how those moments spark growth and confidence in others.
