Advice for incoming Class of 2026: You are not going to get a lot of options to choose from when you are registering for your classes in your first-year, that is totally normal and don’t stress out about it. Just try to register for those core requirements and get them done with so you can focus on your major later on. Reach out to your OL’s if you have any questions at all, we are here to make it an easier transition into this new chapter of your life!

Advice for incoming Class of 2026: Keep in touch with either the peer advisor or the advisors at the Drahmann Center, they are super helpful. Go to as many information sessions as they can.

Advice for incoming Class of 2026: Build connections! One of the best things you can do coming in is, make meaningful connections, whether that be with other students, professors, or other faculty. By building these connections, you're expanding your network, while also gaining valuable resources.

Advice for Incoming Class of 2026: Get involved! One of the most valuable parts about college, especially in the Leavey School of Business, is the many diverse opportunities you can get involved with. Don't take it too far and burn yourself out, but try out new things, especially if they are out of your comfort zone because that is what will help you grow.

Advice: Attend Bronco Exchange events over the summer! Your first year of college can be difficult if you don't have the right tools or people at your side. With that in mind, it's good to note that this year's Orientation Leaders have a plethora of resources available for their event attendees and the leaders are super excited to befriend the incoming class! You can also meet other cool Broncos and get a head start on your SCU experience.
