What are you doing this summer? This summer I am interning at Armanino as an IT Audit Intern in the Trust department out of the San Francisco office. In this role, I am assigned weekly engagements with different clients and I am responsible for leading walkthroughs with the clients, testing IT controls, and documenting my findings.
What has been the most memorable part of your experience? My favorite part of my internship experience so far is getting the opportunity to speak directly with c-level executives and partners, both internally and externally. Leading client walkthroughs includes speaking with these executives in order to gain a better understanding of their IT processes. Armanino has also held many social events for the interns to meet high level associates and partners in person and to build connections with them outside of the workplace.
