What are you doing this summer? This summer, I'm a Customer Experience Strategic Operations intern at ServiceNow in the Santa Clara office. I'm working on a various cross-functional data and user research projects to enhance ServiceNow's customer strategy.
What has been the most memorable part of your experience? My favorite part of my internship has been the community and bonds I have built, whether it be my team, fellow interns, or people that I have connected with through coffee chats. I have learned so much about the company, various career paths, and gained exposure into many parts of the company.
