Charlotta Kratz, MSc. (Göteborg University, Sweden), is a lecturer in the Department of Communication.

An immigrant to the United States with a lifelong insider-outsider perspective on cultures, she teaches classes in communication and everyday life, digital and visual storytelling, and media representation and diversity. A photographer with an interest in the relationships between humans and their environments, her photography has been featured in shows in several states in the US, and in Canada, Australia, Italy, and Sweden.

She is a featured photographer in Stephanie Roberts’ The Art of Iphoneography: A Guide to Mobile Creativity, New York, NY: Sterling/Pixiq.
