Haley Howard '21 Accepted by Prestigious Oxford Program
Haley Howard '21 will be representing Santa Clara University as a visiting scholar at Oxford University for the 2019-2020 school year.
Haley, a political science and ethnic studies double major, will be one of 30 visiting fellows from around the world chosen to study at Oxford's Mansfield College. She will be studying equity as both a practical and philosophical concept and what political systems yield the most equitable results by comparing various institutions and histories between the United States and Britain.
