Divinely Good News! RS Major Gains acceptance to Harvard DivEx program
At the end of September, Religious Studies major Ramon Duran '22 was accepted into Harvard Divinity School’s Diversity and Explorations program. DivEx at Harvard is a “three-day introduction to graduate programs at HDS that span religious and cultural divides to prepare ethical leaders to work in a complex world” (harvard.edu). The program is highly selective and will open up both intellectual and networking opportunities for Ramon.
Professor Roberto Mata was Ramon’s recommender, offering him guidance and support during the application process. Professor Mata says he has the feeling that Ramon will be admitted to Harvard Divinity School in the future.
