Elizabeth Drescher Receives Two Awards for Blog
The Bearings blog, developed and co-edited by Elizabeth Drescher for The BTS Center as a resource for 21st century ministry, has received two awards from the Religion Communicators' Council. A four-part series on racial justice in the church, "Standing for Justice," earned an "Award of Excellence," the highest honor awarded by RCC. The Bearings blog itself, now in its second year of publication, was also given an "Award of Excellence." Dr. Drescher is a consulting scholar at The BTS Center.
