Teresia Hinga Speaks at Conference

On April 23-25, 2018, Teresia Hinga was an invited speaker at a conference entitled “Grappling with the Global Ethic: Multi-Religious Perspectives,” which was held at the Martin Marty Center for Religion in Public Life at the University of Chicago Divinity School. The conference was in preparation for the next Parliament of World Religions to be held in Toronto, Canada in November 2018. Hinga was asked to write and present a paper on The Global Ethic and African Religions. Her paper was entitled “Grappling with a Global Ethic: Tapping the Moral Wisdom of Africa's Triple (Plus) Heritage of Religion and Culture.”
